Here is 99.50.198.12 "edited note". It was originally tacked onto the article. As I am not knowledgeable on this topic and because the author cited references, instead of outright deleting it, I'm adding it here.

"EDITED NOTE: This "Discovery" is inappropriately credited to Oliveira and Rand. This magnetic effect of light was discussed by FELIZ EHRENHAFT as published in NATURE, in 1941. see: F. Ehrenhaft / Leo Banet: Nature 147: 297 (March 8, 1941); "Magnetization of Matter by Light""
