The photo is of C. Philip Nichols, Jr. a Maryland State Court Judge rather than Philip Nichol, Jr. from Boston who served on US Court of Claims and its successor the US Court of Federal Appeals for the Federal Circuit. I clerked for the Federal Judge that is the topic of the article. I pointed this out before and Wikipedia removed the erroneous photograph. It is now back again. There is an excellent official portrait of Judge Nichols at the Court house on Madison Place you could use. Thank you.
