I am Peter Lemer, the subject of this article, so I have a conflict of interest. I am posting from my new account, Peterlemermusic, and I previously used the account Peterlemer, which I can no longer access. I am disclosing those connections and asking an uninvolved editor to review a proposed replacement rather than making the substantial change directly.

The proposed version updates the career chronology, introduces inline citations, adds a selected discography and retains the existing freely licensed photograph. It corrects outdated material about Paraphernalia, adds Jet Yellow, distinguishes the two recordings released under the name E, and updates the later releases and deaths of Phil Miller, Jon Hiseman and Barbara Thompson. It does not include private family information.

The full proposed text is at User:Peterlemermusic/Peter Lemer draft. I would be grateful if an uninvolved editor could review it and, if appropriate, replace the present article or suggest any necessary changes.
