YouTube video used as a source?

"Guinness World Records" lists the Howtown video as the source for:

A sauce made from the pepper, claiming on the packaging to be 2.693 million SHU, was tested and found to be only 64,100 SHU.

YouTube is (rightfully) considered an unsuitable, unverified source; the claim itself is original research, and Howtown is an entertainment channel headed by 2 YouTubers. Not researchers or journalists. Their findings are not verifiable and are independent. Even if we keep this part in, I think it should be modified to specify that these findings are from a channel intended for entertainment, rather than a verifiable fact. You are correct. Youtube is not a reliable source and contains inevitable advertising, WP:RSPYT. Next time, Be Bold.
