Structure and Bonding
[edit]This section is unsatisfactory. The article ring strain is not cited. In that article one can see that 4-membered rings are inherently much more strained than 5-membered rings. Molecules with 5-membered rings, such tetrahydrofuran and tetrahydrothiophene are not easily hydrolysed. Petergans (talk) 10:13, 6 January 2021 (UTC)
