Just for the record, I've declined the prod nomination that was placed on this article in the past couple of days, as another editor has since added enough sourcing improvements to counteract the original prod rationale. I can see that there may still be outstanding questions about whether enough notability has been demonstrated, so this is without prejudice against taking it to WP:AFD if anyone still has doubts, but enough improvement has taken place to take it out of proddable territory at least.
