sexual self-determination

Latest comment: 3 years ago1 comment1 person in discussion

Please excuse me, I am a German citizen and I would just like to point out that the passage in which it is claimed that § 183 prohibits sexual self-determination is complete nonsense.

Neither was §183 used to enforce penalties (including imprisonment, and, at times, loss of civil rights) for cross-dressing and homosexual acts.

Please read the German Wikipedia article de:Exhibitionismus for more information.
