"In 2019, NASA reported that there was no significant relation between size of the ozone hole and climate change." This is an inaccurate statement to what NASA said. What NASA said is here: https://www.nasa.gov/centers-and-facilities/goddard/2019-ozone-hole-is-the-smallest-on-record-since-its-discovery/ The reference made is to a Hill article and not NASA itself. NASA statement says that the ozone natural expands and contracts. And the closure of the ozone hole above the Arctic in 2019 for a weeks was not a sign of substantive corrective climate change but of multiple natural weather phenomenon that temporally combated ozone depletion. NASA was quiet clear man-made depletion has occurred, but gradual corrective measures are being taken: "Atmospheric levels of man-made ozone depleting substances increased up to the year 2000. Since then, they have slowly declined but remain high enough to produce significant ozone loss. The ozone hole over Antarctica is expected to gradually become less severe as chlorofluorocarbons— banned chlorine-containing synthetic compounds that were once frequently used as coolants—continue to decline.
