The only sources for the Membership and Accuracy parts of the article are youtube videos, one about the membership and two about the accuracy of their products. I am not sure whether or not these sources are reliable enough to base whole paragraphs on. I added a couple of sentences today about the Oura 4 ring in the Product section. There certainly is a little more that can be said about it, and I believe that Wikipedia readers wouldn't mind learning a little bit about the product if they've searched out this page -- as long as its presented in a neutral manner from trusted, verifiable sources.
