On behalf of OpticsPlanet, we apologize for that person’s actions and regret that it ever happened. The desired result for OpticsPlanet.com was to drive traffic to the website not only through false accounts but not disclosing they were paid contributors per the correct process and channels. This was over 7 years ago, and we have new people in place and would like to begin building a presence on Wikipedia starting with updating our OpticsPlanet.com page and eventually having paid contributors add factual content to Wikipedia following the guidelines and process documented through the Wikipedia pages. But before we can do any of this, we need to ask that you please unblock/unblacklist OpticsPlanet.com from Wikipedia.
