Rongliflozin
[edit]@Boghog: Is this the same as Rongliflozin? The structure looks the same and the inchikey matches. This came up when considering linking to Wikidata Q127691289.Graeme Bartlett (talk) 22:57, 5 July 2026 (UTC)
- @Graeme Bartlett: Thanks for catching that. Yes, it does appear that olorigliflozin and rongliflozin are identical, or at least the parent compounds are identical (rongliflozin is sometimes designated as the pyroglutamate salt). I noticed that several of the identifiers (PubChem, UNII) on the rongliflozin page link to external web pages that are entitled olorigliflozin. On the PubChem page, rongliflozin is listed as a synonym of olorigliflozin. The olorigliflozin name appears in a WHO proposed international nonproprietary names lists[1] I cannot find rongliflozin mentioned in any of the WHO INN lists. Hence I would recommend merging rongliflozin into olorigliflozin. Cheers. Boghog (talk) 05:10, 6 July 2026 (UTC)
