GA Review

1. The refs are not formatted into citation templates such as {{cite web}}.
2. References go after the period, like this .[1] , not like this [1].
3. "Fabulous dive sites" - highly PoV even if that is what the source says.
4. Can the "Barangays" section be prosified?
5. "Livelihood" seems like a slanted term for a header.
6. Needs a major copy edit overall, I see several grammar errors.
