Moving the article to Utkal Dibasha.
[edit]Most of the people are familiar by Utkal Dibasha than Odisha Day, Essentially readers will search for a local name than translated name.- Sailesh Patnaik (Talk2Me|Contribs)
Agree As per WP:COMMONNAME, 'Utkal Divas' is the common name, while 'Odisha Day' is simply the translated name. However, there is some uncertainty regarding the spelling, whether it should be 'Divas' or 'Dibasha'.
