It's unlikely prima facie that any university's song, however universally known it is within the university community, is known to anyone outside of it. There aren't that many Google hits for the name as given in Chinese; I'm unable to ascertain the independence or reliability of these sources. I note that four of the five sources cited in the article are from the university's own website and the fifty is copied from university-related social media, WeChat. I expect that the anthem doesn't have the notability required to justify a free-standing article. This title should probably be redirected to the university's article.
