Invention of the Discotheque

Removed entry "*1959 – The first discothèque opens, the Scotch-Club in Aachen, Germany." for the following reasons: 1) Scotch-Club article is orphaned, contains no citations, is biased & possibly not noteworthy, and thus cannot be trusted. 2) There is cited support for Régine Zylberberg being the creator of the disco motif, in Paris around 1953. Zylberberg used two linked turntables, colored lights and a decorated dance floor, whereas the Scotch-Club article states that someone simply used one turntable in place of live music one night. Clarity in Nationality

Guys, please, please can we have some degree of uniformity when it comes to British nationality being listed on the date page? I keep seeing people described as English, Welsh, Scottish, etc. on the date pages and British on their own pages. Or vice-versa. Can we at least match the wiki pages before we get into a discussion (well covered at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:UKNATIONALS#Changing_an_existing_UK_nationality) about which version/degree of nationality to use?

World Toilet Day

World Toilet Day, sponsored by the World Toilet Organization since its founding in 2001, is supported by about 180 of the 190 members of the United Nations (UN). Unable to retrace my steps ro find out for sure.

Deutsche Welle, the independent national broadcaster of Germany which made a documentary called Great Toilet Battle.

Lack of hygene and indeed lack of toilets cause unheathiness especially for the billions living in the third world, especially for children.
