Added some details about the sources which mention Octha but I really don't feel able to make sense of the contradictio

Some of the sources must be wrong but I don't think it's possible for anybody to really be sure which - certainly a wikipedia article isn't the place to sort this out. Britons

Did he made an impact on the Britons who described him in their sources or on the Anglo-Saxons who described him in their sources. Isn't it the case that the Britons weren't really doing much writing at that time and that our sources come instead from the Anglo-Saxons? Thomas Norren (talk) 05:03, 1 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
