Organelle

[edit]

Shouldn't this belong to Category: Organelles? --Kupirijo 20:13, 29 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

this article uses the term organelle. --JWSchmidt (talk) 20:38, 5 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Plants banner

[edit]

Only found in a few photosynthetic eukaryotic protists. Are we making all photosynthetic eukaryotes plants? I don't think so. KP Botany 21:40, 17 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Morphology

[edit]

Am I right in assuming that the nucleomorph lies between the membrane(s) enclosing the prokaryotic photosynthetic apparatus and the membrane(s) enclosing the eukaryotic part of the plastid?

This article would benefit from illustrations. How about a TEM or SEM showing the nucleomorph in its plastid? How about a drawing? Solo Owl (talk) 11:09, 22 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
