"Mitropolit Krititskij": is this tile derived from Krutitsy (Крутицы) or Krutitsa (Крутица) mentioned in medieval sources and approximately in the same sub-Moscow area, or any other Russian settlemets (Крутица Болховского уезда Орловской губ), (Костромская обл | Чухломский р-н, Крутица, 157141), (Костромская обл | Антроповский р-н Крутица д, 157247) ? mikka (t) 01:42, 17 Jun 2005 (UTC)

"Крутицкое подворье (Крутицкий архиерейский дом) находится на юго-востоке Москвы, на левом, крутом (отсюда название) берегу Москвы-реки. Основано в XIII в. как монастырь, было резиденцией епископов сарских и подонских, с середины XV в. епископов (с 1589 митрополитов) Крутицких. Частью Московской епархии управляет по указаниям патриарха патриарший наместник с титулом митрополита Крутицкого и Коломенского". This is from the Москва encyclopedia. And it is Крутицы.
