"Act in public form"

In German, to my understanding, this should be a "öffentliche Urkunde". The expression "urschriftliche Urkunde" cited in the article as the supposed German equivalent to "public form", means "original document" as opposed to a (certified) copy etc. I corrected it accordingly. Same applies to "private form" which was translated as "Urkunde im Original" (not at all a specifically notar/legal term), which I corrected (based on the description given in the section) to "notarielle Beglaubigung". I am not at all convinced that the "private form" is correct here as a heading, as even a notarial certification (e.g. of a signature) itself is then a public document again.
