What should I do?
Don't panic; a discussion will now take place over on Commons about whether to remove the file. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion, although please review Commons guidelines before doing so.
If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.

A user has had a picture of the Hawaii practice, twice, to the infobox. I see two problems with the picture. 1) It's currently nominated for deletion and 2) It's a worse picture of Norm Chow. Assuming it survives the deletion process and proves not to be a copyright violation, it still should not be the picture for the infobox because you cannot see Norm Chow as well. If the picture survives the deletion process, it should be put elsewhere in the article. —Ute in DC (talk) 14:24, 12 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
