Etymology?

They said the word "Nookie" and this was in season 2 episode 12.

[edit]Just reworded the slang section, only to notice that the person who originally put it in said of his edit:
Often the origins of slang words are difficult to ascertain but this dawned on me one day and I'm sure it's correct.
