- Yeah, it could use some. If anyone is willing to help here is a good place to start (if you have News-Press access, that would work too -- but you need a subscription for their site, newspress.com). The Independent probably has more readers than any other local publication. Since Noleta is a densely-populated unincorporated area, it's hard to cover in any other article, which is why this article exists; all the other unincorporated areas in the region have associated place names of long usage (Hope Ranch, Isla Vista, Mission Canyon, Montecito, ....)
