just because noah doesn't like the photos doesn't mean wiki can just ignore copyright rules. The best thing to do is find a nice non copyrighted photo to be put up. They still have to go through the proper channels 68.50.229.28 (talk) 18:12, 23 June 2025 (UTC)

That tweet does not give Wikipedia permission. They will still have to provide explicit permission for anyone to use the photo under the terms of the Creative Commons license (CC-BY-SA). The photograph User:Choerryred uploaded the image themselves, thus giving it the licence and allowing its use.

This tweet is just there to show that they mention they are User:Choerryred and uploaded their own photo.

However, another proof that they are the owner of the photo they uploaded is that the quality of the version uploaded by User:Choerryred is higher than the first version uploaded online (available on their instagram, now linked from their user page). These arguments have been made in the deletion request page and we are awaiting the results of the deletion request so that the image can be used. IsaacBelll (talk) 22:28, 23 June 2025 (UTC)
