Continued locally on WABD?
[edit]I was looking though old TV listings in Broolyn newspaper Daily Eagle, and this series continues to appear on the WABD (Channel 5) schedules into August 1954. So did this series continue locally after the DuMont run ended, or am I mistaken?
Additionally, I found three of the episode titles (from TV listings in the same newspaper):
13 October 1953 - "Charming Billy"
20 November 1953 - "A Woman's Privilege"
18 December 1953 - "Drums in the Night"

Filmed, and who the sponsor was
[edit]Looking up the text "Nine Thirty Curtain" on Google Books, I found a page (sadly "snippet view" only) which includes the following text "Marking its television debut, No- Cal Beverage Company has signed a 52-week contract with WABD, New York, for the Friday, 9:30 to 10 p.m. time slot, when it will sponsor "Nine-thirty Curtain," which appears in a title called Radio Daily-television Daily - Volume 66. The Complete Directory to Prime Time Network and Cable TV Shows, also available through "snippet view" describes this series as a filmed series.
