System failed him

He did 10.5 years in prison at the age of 15 for a car jacking,a kid..and you mean to tell me the system couldn’t see in prison that he was mentally I’ll.. constantly in confinement,constantly getting into fights.. Sexy Tasha39 (talk) 13:57, 5 October 2023 (UTC)
