Updates to Nigel Sharp Wiki page
[edit]Hello, I would like to make edits to this page, which update some key facts, but I want to let you know that I have a professional connection to Nigel Sharp. I will only suggest edits on Talk pages to maintain neutrality. ZaziRiebi (talk) 03:58, 17 February 2026 (UTC)
Edit request: updating introduction with latest information
[edit]Hi, as mentioned above I have a conflict of interest regarding this subject, so I am requesting that an independent editor review the following updates to ensure the page remains current and neutral.
Proposed Change 1:
Current text: Nigel Sharp is an Australian conservationist and biodiversity impact investor known for his work on the continent of Australia with threatened species conservation, new business models of regenerative agriculture and urbanism, nature-based tourism, and indigenous enterprise development.
Proposed text: Nigel Sharp is an Australian investment manager, business executive and environmentalist known for his work in Australia for new business models of regenerative agriculture, nature positive urbanism and threatened species conservation.
He holds leadership positions across several businesses and NGOs, including Odonata Foundation, the Soil Carbon Industry Group, and the Bionutrient Food Association.
Reason: This reflects the most recent focus of Sharp's work from 2023-2025. While he is involved with conservation, he is more strongly focussed on investment management in regen farming landscapes, and sustainable urban design.
