Borderline notable. Has published two books which have had reviews. One from what I would consider a reliable source, another published in a Cambridge journal. The meat of the article seems to be focused on criticism of his books - not what a BLP is for, and an overly large personal life section that was completely unsourced. Have trimmed all that. I suspect better info could be found if searched for really hard. Someone being invited on to the BBC to debate Churchill is not a total nobody after all.
