This page looks as if its style of presentation could do with a clean-up. I began this by giving the sub-heading for references adequate sub-titling. Also, I think it would be nice if we could have a sub-heading for external links.If I get time to find the references in "Journal of Counselling Psychology", (I think they were there), I might add them.
