proposing to change the name of this page to Pleasant Valley Classic
[edit]I noted on the main talk page a few months ago that I wanted to change the name of this event to Pleasant Valley Classic. No one responded. Perhaps someone will respond here. My reasoning was that in the 30 year history of the event it was only referred to as the New England Classic for four years. Meanwhile, the phrase "Pleasant Valley" was more common, used seven times among a number of iterations. In addition, the event was always held at Pleasant Valley Country Club. So something like the "Pleasant Valley Classic" seems to make the most sense.
