Introduction and Acquisition by Hudson's Bay Company sections

Hi. Please consider the following edits to the Introduction and Acquisition by Hudson's Bay Company sections:

Please remove the following phrase from the third sentence of the Introduction, which is incorrect and not supported by sources: "Toronto-based Hudson's Bay Company" and replace it with the phrase "Saks Global," which is correct and supported by the sources.
In the 'Acquisition by Hudson's Bay Company' section, please combine the current paragraph and the lone sentence after it into one coherent description of the acquisition, in the suggested manner below, which removes redundant information and an inaccurate description of "sister brands" and other inaccuracies which are not in the sources. I included all the same sources that are in the paragraph currently.

HBC announced its pending acquisition of the Neiman Marcus Group (NMG) on July 4, 2024. Saks Global was created by HBC to oversee Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, the off-price Saks OFF 5TH, and Saks Fifth Avenue.^[1] On December 23, 2024, Saks Global announced that it had completed its purchase of NMG for $2.7 billion.^[2] Financing was facilitated by Amazon, Insight Partners, Rhône Capital, Salesforce, and Authentic Brands Group.^[3]^[4]^[5]
