Lede not general enough

[edit]

The term "neighborhood effects" is not limited to voting patterns--an even more common usage is in real-estate econometrics, where a house's price is conditioned by the prices of nearby homes. The term applies to any case where characteristics of an entity are conditioned by the characteristics of proximate entities. The lede will have to be rewritten to be more general. Anyone object to this?--Anthon.Eff (talk) 18:14, 26 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Major edit add to page

[edit]

Would like to add a section on neighbourhood effects on health. Any objections? Emilytmurray (talk) 07:47, 2 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
