The article clearly has two subjects, a perfomance and a concert. After a quick search I could only find one source mentioning the performance, and even that one was passing, which made it seem as it as a subject may not meet the Wikipedia notability guidlines, but since the search was only a brief one and I am very unfamiliar with the subject, it is very possible that there are sources out there to prove notability. The festival in comparison has many sources that discuss it and appears quite notable. If the perfromance have notability proven then current (December 2018) split would probably make the most sense and this page could be used as a disambiguater, if the performance continues to lack sources then its mention from this page should be removed and this page should be devoted to describing the festival.
