Proposed Edit: Objectives (paragraph 2) I would like to propose an edit to the end of second paragraph of the "objectives" section. The current text reads: "For the Baltic Sea, several bodies have redundant capacities, whereas in France they are shared and grouped together within the same GIP (Mercator Ocean)". This concludes a description of the coordination of operational oceanography in various countries. The sentence in question however considers the Baltic Sea as if it were an individual country rather than a regional sea surrounded by many states.
I would like to propose the following text instead: "Activities in the countries surrounding the Baltic Sea are closely coordinated through the [1]Baltic Operational Oceanographic System (BOOS) while in France they are shared and grouped together within the same GIP (Mercator Ocean)."

Can somebody put something about compliance with standards, JOCOMM, WMO, INSPIRE etc?
