Proposed deletion of Murshid

[edit]

I would like to inform any concerned editors of this article that Murshid has been proposed for deletion, without even an AfD going on. I am trying to do something so that the term remains explained in Wikipedia, and have suggested a merger to Pir (Sufism) because I do not find any better way. Murid-a Sufi term

[edit]

This article is about 'Murid' used(in the philosophy of the Sufi religion) to describe a person who is guided by a murshid or pir (http://www.collinsdictionary.com/). I have observed few editors confusing the term with the Muridiiya order or a boy from Senegal called talibe. I am trying to improve the article as per the definition already given. Other editors may help improve the article. Pixarh (talk) 17:32, 16 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
