Youtube video ok under fair use?

I've added an external link to a Youtube video of part of a Mulligrubs episode. The youtube user found it at the end of an old VHS tape and thought it was interesting for historical reasons. Though normally such a youtube video (video of a copyright tv show) would be a copyright violation (so WP shouldn't link to it per WP:YOUTUBE), I think this youtube video would qualify as Fair use because:

Mulligrubs has not been on TV for 15 years and is unlikely to ever be on tv again, so no profits are affected.
There are no other images or videos of the show anywhere that I can see, so it is reasonable use (in terms of general interest and educational value) to have a sample to see somewhere.
