Skookumchuck should link to Skookumchuck Hot Springs aka (Skatin)

The Skookumchuck location is not the town/IR i th East Kootenay But the hot spring & omission & IR Ghost town on the Lillooet River south of Lillooet; a banned once-busy here told me who wrote/fixed many BC/PacNW strickles told me it should get fixed but he's not alloed to edit anymore due to some high-handed interference from om "bossy know-nothings" in Ireland and the USA on behalf of some kid in Texas wo wanted a free hand in writing BC history/ethno articles without interference by someone actually from the place...former User:Skookum1 is now an extended care home and has no interest in fighting his bam but asked me to get this fixed as the link is a glaring mistake for those who know BC, and lots of articles need expansion or editing for reasons of CanCon vs USPOV biases. I looked at his page - seems like you blocked a prolific contributor with genuine knowledge rthrer than show respect to an older editor who had nuch to give...too late know he says he's still choked by the way he was treated and thinks Jimobo Wales is "just another oligarch" of the Technate....and because a lot of operatives from various countries /parties / spin orgs that wikipedia can't be trusted for balance or accuracy- he used to think editing it ass worthwhile but now regards it as little more than "garbage in, garbage out" like a lot of other social media...."It's hard getting older and watching the world getting stupider and stupider at the same tine as getting more ignorant" - it's hard to put up with the half-educated and don't think much of older people who've read a lot and know more than they do ; he's 69 he says 70 soon :has b=no time for uppity whippersnappers amore, "not gonna put up wit twentynothings who Have 'thing' abiut Boomers (of which he's one of the younger ones) - I realize this comment is off-=limits and may get deleted - but that link really DOES need fixing; the targeted location is a good few hundred milks from the place meant in the aerricle ......2604:3D08:5776:7900:582E:F0EB:1202:4B90 (talk) 07:33, 11 May 2025 (UTC)
