Split not currently justified
[edit]Given the small amount of material we have for the Vienna Mechanism separately from the Moscow Mechanism, and the very close relation between the two, it seems to me that at least for the moment, there is no justification to WP:SPLIT this into two articles, even though some language Wikipedias do so.
