I cut out some of the background info in this article because although it's all interesting, it seemed a bit excessive for an article about the Moree swimming baths. If you disagree feel free to put it back. I thought that some of it (and more detail that I haven't removed) could be more usefully be integrated into the Freedom Ride and Charles Perkins articles, and perhaps Racism in Australia.
