Talk:Monostich

A monostich is a poem which consists of 'the' single line:

'Skunks,' the squirrel said, 'are sent to try us.'

That seems to suggest a monostich must contain the quoted line. Shouldn't it be 'a', and not have a colon, but say the following is an example?
