ambiguity

[edit]

Is it molar conductivity or molar conductance? —Preceding unsigned comment added by VIV0411 (talkcontribs) 17:03, 20 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Equivalent conductivity

[edit]

I see that the equivalent conductivity is missing from Wikipedia.--79.119.208.208 (talk) 14:58, 2 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Actually the concept was mentioned in the section Values of molar ionic conductivity, but the phrase equivalent conductivity was not used explicitly. I have now corrected this and explained what the phrase means. I have also added a redirect so that readers who look for equivalent conductivity will be redirected to this article. The correct spelling is Kohlrausch's law. See section 2 Molar conductivity#Kohlrausch's law of independent migration of ions. Dirac66 (talk) 14:00, 27 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
