Please, use encyclopedic references in the article. What is Bystander? Also UN SC resolutions say Armenian forces, as Lachin is between Karabakh and Armenia, and Karabakh is Armenia's dependency, claiming that occupying forces are Nagorno-Karabakh Republic's is non-neutral POV and OR.
