Removing outdated tag

I have removed the update tag from the section about the 2010 MicroUnity patent litigation. After reviewing available sources, I wasn't able to locate any reliable reporting or court records that provide a clear, final outcome for the case. In the absence of verifiable information about the case, the request to update the section with an outcome seems to be unsupported at this time. More broadly, the article would benefit from a general review and update. I intend to revisi tthe page as additional sources become available and will keep an eye out for any reliable information concerning the resolution of this case.

Happy to discuss in necessary, but going to assume this is best case for the section as of now. Cheers.
