Encyclopedic

[edit]

The ending line of the first section I personally love, but it isn't encyclopedic. If consensus says keep it, or we can find a source to verify a lack of hard feelings, I'm all for it. --66.175.204.70 (talk) 01:14, 11 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

Same here. Came to the Talk page just to mention it. Weird phrasing, but I don't dislike it. Hundvd7 (talk) 19:49, 21 February 2025 (UTC)Reply
@66.175.204.70 I feel like, unless it's a quote from an author, it would be better rewritten. it's very odd. Mastakos (talk) 12:33, 7 April 2026 (UTC)Reply

Lunar month

[edit]

Under "Significance" the text says that 27 days is the same as a Lunar month. However, a Lunar month is 29 1/2 days, and poetically might be said to be 28 days - four weeks.

This entire paragraph is unreferenced, and I've never seen any source that claims 27 days as a Lunar month.

I believe this mention of the Lunar Month be removed, unless there's a reference to this equivalence that can be added. Otherwise, it seems to be original research or an obvious mistake - perhaps even added by the "no hard feelings" author? Mastakos (talk) 12:36, 7 April 2026 (UTC)Reply
