As already discussed at the article's talk page, the game is now out in the wild and with several weeks to bring it up to standard, unfortunately it still fails 3a. With no substantive rewrites since release, and major contributors indicating they'd support a delist, I think this is pretty cut-and-dry. The decision (with which I disagreed) to close the previous GAR has aged quite poorly, as the exact concerns raised by the !delist votes have played out as expected. I will keep this open for a few days if there is disagreement, or if this inspires someone to take up the challenge. — CR4ZE (T • C) 04:40, 10 November 2021 (UTC)
