Reference style

To fix some Harv and Sfn multiple-target errors I've converted the sfns to named inline refs and removed the duplicative mini-bibliography. I haven't looked through the history to see what the original reference style for the article was and hence whether this comports with WP:CITEVAR or not, but I'm happy for the article to have any consistent, appropriate reference style.
