[edit]This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... it made the national headlines yesterday and as a member of the business and media community, I am interested in learning more about its history. It is a company of national significance.

- I have removed the speedy deletion tag since "largest apartment builder in Australia" is an assertion of notability. However, a single news report that provides very few details is not sufficient to establish that the company indeed is notable enough for an article. If it is a company of national significance, surely more reliable sources discuss it in some detail? Huon (talk) 06:06, 26 September 2013 (UTC)
