It is stated in the abstract of the first referenced paper that : " The algorithm can be initiated spontaneously at any node or at any subset of nodes." Therefore, I believe that the UI (unique initiator) restriction (pre-requisite) is invalid. Vjera Turk (talk) 12:29, 22 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
