Some info here is bogus

[edit]

Some of the info here seems bogus. There was some spamming in this article related to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Lifnlsdlsdnf. The explicit spam has been removed, but the article is still bad. Compare , which talks about SEC Rule 415, shelf registrations, and how GMAC used them. That's not a reliable source in Wikipedia terms, but it makes sense. (I realize that General Motors isn't exactly a good example of financial management this week, but they're way ahead of the spammer.) --John Nagle (talk) 01:19, 16 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

This Federal Reserve Bulletin article might be a good source. --John Nagle (talk) 01:19, 16 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
