Article title

[edit]

There is inconsistency in this article regarding the name of this site vs article title. The sources call it the "McQueen Shell Ring," but the article is titled "McQueen Shell Circle." I haven't had time to do a deeper dive into this, but wanted to flag it here and suggest changing the page title from Circle to Ring. Will (Wiki Ed) (talk) 17:37, 5 December 2025 (UTC)Reply

The literature consistently calls such structures "shell rings". The article was created last year by User:Mauradianno, who has not edited since moving the article to main space. I missed the inconsistency when I linked List of shell ring sites in the article. I'll go ahead and move it. Donald Albury 21:05, 5 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
