Agreeably, articles on cities should be written. However, the way that article is written does not provide sufficient information to qualify as an article. Additionally, I could also use db-spam instead of db-context, and thus achieve the same result, seeing as the article is blatantly written like a travel brochure. Elenseel 19:23, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
Depending on the source one reads there seems to be some confusion as to who received the first land grant for McIntosh Bluff. Further, the original "McIntosh Trail" to Natchez began from Old Fort McGillvary (just South of McIntosh). Most sources say McIntosh and McGillvary were related by marriage. and were from the same area of Scotland. McIntosh vs. McIntosh Bluff
[edit]The community of McIntosh was originally known as McIntosh Bluff. An article already exists for McIntosh, so I changed the limited information in this article to be about the geographic feature. The Bluff was the site of the riverboat landing for McIntosh but wasn't a community in and of itself. I added a link in the "history" section of the McIntosh article to McIntosh Bluff.
